Terms of Purchase and Use
These terms apply to your purchase and use of any product operated by Raeven Logic Systems Inc. (“Raeven Logic Systems”, “we”, “us”), a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada. By buying or using any of our products, you agree to these terms.
Our products are:
- Kintrak, a family readiness organizer sold at kintrak.ca
- Age Wise Index, a property screening service for professionals at agewiseindex.com
- The Aging-in-Place Home Walk-Through, a free guide offered at leadtime.news
How these terms are organized
The first part applies to everything we offer, whether you buy it or receive it free. After it, there is a short section for each product covering the things that genuinely differ, such as what you receive and how refunds work. Where a product section says something different from the general part, the product section is the one that applies to that product.
Terms that apply to all our products
Price and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may be displayed in your local currency at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added. You are responsible for any charges your own bank or card issuer applies.
Accounts
Some of our products require an account. Where they do, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login details confidential, and to tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Please do not share your credentials with anyone else.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with or disrupt them, or to use automated systems to access them without our permission.
Our content
The design, wording, layout, and methodology of our products belong to Raeven Logic Systems Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from them, and you may not use our trademarks without our written permission. Any licence described in a product section below is a licence to use, and does not transfer ownership.
What you enter stays yours
Information you enter into our products belongs to you and remains yours. Where a product stores that information in order to work, we use it only to provide the product to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.
Not professional advice
Our products are organizing and screening resources. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or accessibility advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship between us. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own decisions. For advice about your particular situation, please speak with a qualified professional.
Provided as is, and our responsibility
Our products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for how the information you enter is used, or for any loss that follows from using our products. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses.
Suspension and ending your access
We may suspend or end access to a product if these terms are broken. Where a product is sold by subscription, you can also end it yourself at any time, as described in that product's section below.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For a one-time purchase, the version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase. For a subscription, we will tell you about material changes by email or through the product, and continuing to use it after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our products is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta, Canada. If you are using our products from outside Canada, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Alberta courts for the resolution of any dispute.
Nothing in this section limits our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where that is necessary to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

Kintrak
What you are buying
The organizer is a digital file that you download, fill in, and print. Each purchase includes a version you can type into on a computer and a version you can print and fill in by hand, along with a short guide on how to use the organizer. It is delivered electronically. There is no physical product.
Your licence to use it
When you buy a copy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for one person.
- You may print copies for your family's own use.
- You may share it with members of your immediate family.
- You may not resell it, give it away outside your family, post it publicly, or use it for any commercial purpose.
Your copy carries the name you provide at checkout. The information you fill into your copy belongs to you and remains entirely yours.
Delivery
Your copy is prepared with the name you provide and made available to download from the email you receive once your payment is complete. Please use a valid email address, and check your spam folder if you do not see it. If you have any trouble, email info@kintrak.ca and we will help, usually within two business days.
Refunds
Because the organizer is a digital product that is personalized and delivered immediately, purchases are final once the file has been delivered. If something goes wrong, such as a file you cannot open or a payment taken twice, please contact us at info@kintrak.ca within 7 days of your purchase and we will make it right.
Age Wise Index
What the service is
Age Wise Index is a screening service for evaluating properties against features that support independent living and aging in place. It provides structured screening across several categories, an Independent Living Score, a written report you can share with your client, and tools for comparing and managing the properties you have screened.
Who it is for
The service is intended for people working in a professional capacity with seniors, downsizers, people planning to age in place, and families navigating these housing decisions. This includes but is not limited to licensed real estate professionals. By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting within the scope of your professional practice.
What the score is not
The Independent Living Score is a general screening result based on the answers entered. It is not a safety inspection, a building code evaluation, a professional accessibility assessment, a compliance review, or medical, legal, or financial advice. It is not a guarantee that a property is suitable for any particular person, and it does not replace a professional inspection. You are responsible for independently verifying property features, and you agree not to present a score as though it were a professional inspection.
Free trial
New subscriptions begin with a 14 day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial, and no charge is made until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial at the price shown when you signed up.
Subscription and billing
Age Wise Index is sold by subscription, billed monthly or annually. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancelling
You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Your access continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again after that.
Refunds
Subscription payments are final and we do not offer refunds, including for partial billing periods. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, even after you cancel.
Your reports and property data
You own the property data, screening results, and reports you create. So that we can provide the service, you give us permission to store and process that data, to include your professional details on the reports generated for your clients, and to use anonymized, aggregated information to improve the service. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Aging-in-Place Home Walk-Through
What the guide is
The Aging-in-Place Home Walk-Through is a free guide that you download from leadtime.news. It helps you look through a home and notice features that may matter as you plan for later life. There is nothing to buy.
You can receive the guide without subscribing to anything. The Lead Time newsletter, also at leadtime.news, has its own privacy and terms page.
Your licence to use it
When you download the guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it.
- You may print copies for your own use.
- You may share it with members of your family.
- You may not sell it, post it publicly, or use it in a class, workshop or business without our written permission.
What the guide is not
The guide is a general resource for your own observations. It is not a safety inspection, a building code evaluation, a professional accessibility assessment, a compliance review, or medical, legal or financial advice. It is not a guarantee that a home is suitable for any particular person, and it does not replace a professional inspection. You are responsible for your own conclusions and for having any feature of a home checked by a qualified professional before you rely on it.
